“All I could think in my head was, ‘I have to do anything to save these kids,’” she says. “I was hunched over, sobbing, going, ‘Please, I have little babies. Please, I’m a mother,’” she tells her cast mates, which include Erika Giraldi and Lisa Rinna. One men allegedly responded, “Kill her.”
“I thought, ‘This is it, I’m gonna die. He’s gonna pull the trigger.’ And then I envisioned them killing me and then going and killing my kids.”
5 What Dorit Kemsley's House Invaders Stole
In fear for her life and her children's life, Dorit Kemsley directed the intruders to her valuables.
She explains that they spent about 20 minutes stuffing “high-value jewelry and handbags” into a comforter before exiting. She convinced them to leave her phone near the property gate for her to later pick up. Security video shows one of the intruders dragging a large white bundle across the patio, which is presumed to be the stolen goods in the comforter.
4 What Happened To Dorit Kemsley's Kids During The Robbery
"My children are blind to what happened, they slept thru it and I thank God for keeping my children and myself from being physically harmed," she revealed last year, breaking her silence after the traumatic incident.
According to Dorit, Jagger, seven, and Phoenix, five, slept through the ordeal. She mentions on the show not telling them it happened, wanting them to continue to feel safe in their own home.

The reality TV star and fashion designer admitted she might've been targeted by the criminals because of her posts on social media. On Instagram, Kemsley regularly shares her lavish jet-setting lifestyle and designer outfits with her 1.4 million followers.
