While Joseph Raymond Romano is definitely private, his dad has talked about him a lot since Ray thought about him when writing his 2022 movie Somewhere In Queens. Ray wrote the movie along with Mark Stegemann, directed it, and also starred as the main character, Leo Russo. Leo lives in Queens, as the title suggests, and his whole world changes when his son becomes a high school athlete.
In an interview with Good Morning America, Ray Romano talked about Somewhere In Queens and said that Joseph was a high school basketball player. This is who he based the character Matthew Russo, who goes by the nickname "Sticks," on.
Ray mentioned, "When it was ending, we knew he wasn't going to proceed to play -- it were given very emotional for me. I beloved sharing that with my son and, if I'm being honest, I beloved being the father of the superstar basketball player. I liked the consideration. As unhappy and pathetic ... I did not get sufficient attention? I came from a TV show and then I wanted more consideration. The thought used to be, what if this used to be a few guy who that is all he had? He felt very small and very insignificant and he lived vicariously through his son and it used to be finishing. That was the starting point of this tale."
Who Are Ray Romano's Twin Sons Matthew Romano And Gregory Romano?
Perhaps even less information is out there about Ray Romano's other sons, Matthew Romano and Gregory Romano. They are both 30 years old now and both seem to have steady careers in TV production, though.
According to Us Weekly, Gregory had a job at The Late Late Show With James Corden and was a production assistant. The publication also mentioned that Matthew was employed by Jimmy Kimmel Live! as a production assistant.
Of course, people would expect any of Ray Romano's kids to want to be actors given the success that their father has achieved. It's interesting that they seem to like working behind the camera.
Matt Romano, however, has done some acting. According to his page on IMDb, he played Braden in one episode of Kevin Can Wait, Danny in one episode of The Neighborhood, Cobe Stahl in one episode of Made For Love, and Matt Cougar in Ray Romano's 2022 movie Somewhere In Queens.
While Ray Romano's fans don't see much of his kids, he and Matt did appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2017. According to E! News, Ray and his then 24-year-old son were in one episode, and Ray asked if there was anyone who could go on a date with Matt. Ray said, "My wife desires grandchildren, so he needs to select up the pace there."

Recently, Ally was a producer on Somewhere In Queens. Besides this, though, there is very little information about Ally online.

Ray stated, "So a lot is going on this week. And then on height of that, my daughter sends me an image of her with a hoop, and my spouse and I am going nuts. All I may just suppose is I know my daughter. This film has to make a lot of cash this week. The doves alone are gonna cost." Ray continued, "My spouse is gonna inform me the place to head and what check to sign, and that is the reason gonna be the finish of it."
Even though fans don't know much about Ray Romano's children, he seems to be really proud of them, and the entire family seems tight.
